Police are urgently seeking the public’s assistance to locate Lily Taber-Cole, a 13-year-old schoolgirl who has been missing for five days.
Lily was last seen on Monday night in the Stowmarket area of Suffolk, and her disappearance has prompted an urgent appeal from authorities.
Suffolk Police reported that Lily was last seen around 9 PM on Monday, June 10, and was subsequently reported missing the following day. Despite extensive efforts, there has been no trace of her since then.
Lily is described as a white female, approximately 5ft 3ins tall, with dark brown hair just past shoulder length. She is of slight build and wears glasses. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing black leggings and a grey hoodie.
Police believe she could be in the Suffolk, Essex, or Northampton area, and are appealing to anyone who may have seen her or has any information about her whereabouts to come forward.
“Police are appealing for help to trace a missing 13-year-old girl. Lily Taber-Cole was last seen in the Stowmarket area at around 9 PM on Monday, June 10,” the Suffolk Police said in a statement.
“Lily is described as a white female, around 5ft 3ins tall, with dark brown hair just past shoulder length. She also wears glasses and is of a slight build.
“Officers are extremely concerned for Lily and are asking anyone who has seen her or who has any information on where she may be to contact Suffolk Police on 101,” they added.
In cases of immediate sightings or emergencies, the public is advised to call 999.
Lily’s disappearance has left her family and the local community distressed, as the search continues with heightened urgency. The police are working tirelessly to piece together Lily’s movements since she was last seen, hoping to find her safe and well.
